大龙属（学名：Magnosaurus）是基础坚尾龙类恐龙的一属，生存于侏罗纪中期的英格兰。它的化石只有碎片，而且经常与斑龙混淆。
命名及分类历史
1923年，休尼（Friedrich von Huene）将发现于英格兰多塞特郡的部份骨骼（编号UMO J12143），命名为斑龙的一种（Megalosaurus nethercombensis）。这个遗骸发现于侏罗纪中期（阿连阶至巴裘阶）地层，包括部份的齿骨、背椎及尾椎、部份右耻骨、股骨的内侧、以及胫骨，有可能是属于同一幼年个体的。休尼认为它是斑龙中较为原始的物种。
1888年，理查德·莱德克（Richard Lydekker）曾经叙述过一个发现于英格兰下里阿斯组的牙齿化石。
1926年，休尼将这个牙齿命名为莱氏斑龙（Megalosaurus lydekkeri）。
1932年，休尼为M. nethercombensis建立了大龙属，并将莱氏斑龙归类在大龙中，又将一根发现于里阿斯组发现的胫骨（编号BMNH R.3542）建立为第三个物种，伍氏大龙（M. woodwardi），却被他错误命名为安氏肉龙（Sarcosaurus andrewsi），并在同份研究两者混用，造成许多混淆。
在1990年代之前，大龙曾多次被认为是斑龙属的一种。但是经过不断的斑龙研究，学者发现大龙应该是另一个属。而且，大龙与斑龙之间存在著形态上的差异，例如：斑龙的胫骨的远端是扁平的，大龙的却不是。
Rauhut认为大龙与美扭椎龙是相同的属，因为它们齿骨前端都是扩大的，及第三牙齿也是特别大的，因此将美扭椎龙归类于大龙的一个种，但这个说法却不被广泛接受。对大龙的评估发现它最可能是基础坚尾龙类，可能属于斑龙超科的美扭椎龙亚科。
2010年的大龙研究，认为大龙是有效属，并分类于斑龙超科的斑龙科，生存年代约1亿7500万年前，是已知生存年代最早的坚尾龙类。
其他类似物种
美扭椎龙的模式种（M. oxoniensis）、肉龙的模式种（M. woodi）过去都曾被归类于大龙的一个种。
古生物学
由于大龙的化石很稀少，而且是碎片、属于幼年个体，所以并不清楚它们的生活方式及行为模式。它有可能是双足、中等身型的肉食性恐龙。
最相似的动物是美扭椎龙、迪布勒伊洛龙（Dubreuillosaurus）及非洲猎龙。
葛瑞格利·保罗（Gregory S. Paul）在比较大龙与其他兽脚亚目后，粗略估计大龙的模式种约有175公斤重及4米长。
