梅霆:男,出生年月1965.11,博士,2000-2009年执教于新加坡南洋理工大学电子及电机学院微电子系,任副教授终身教职、纳米光子实验室创建负责人、新加坡研究基金会千万新元级重大科研项目(竞争性研究计划,CRP)首席科学家;2009-2013年任华南师范大学光电子材料与技术研究所教授、所长;2013年至今任西北工业大学理学院教授[1],入选陕西省百人计划(2012)[2];任广东省照明学会副理事长、IEEE资深会员、曾任IEEE光子协会(Photonics Society/LEOS)新加坡分会副主席和理事,担任大会主席组织2010年OSA-IEEE-COS光电子学与微纳光学国际学术会议(AOM2010)。研究兴趣在纳米光子学、光子集成技术、低维半导体量子器件、半导体光电子器件,从事光电器件、集成光子器件、红外量子井/量子点探测器,非制冷红外成像器件等研究工作,发SCI收录论文百篇,多次受邀做国际学术会议邀请报告,为Optics Letters、Optics Express、IEEE Photonic Journal、Appl. Phys. Lett.、ACSNano等十多个国际学术期刊及以色列科学基金会担任评议人[3]
