毕胜,男,副教授、博士、博士生导师、硕士生导师。 毕业院校:阿拉巴马大学[1]

个人简介

毕胜长期从事纳米半导体光电器件方面的研究,研究方向包括新型纳米光电材料、新型光致发光晶体管、新型太阳能电池、高性能晶体管,主要聚焦在纳米光电器件的结构设计,运用新方法提高器件的性能及稳定性;深入发掘纳米光电器件的机理,揭示纳米光电器件中电子传输、光电转化的规律;系统性地测量新型有机材料的力学性能,总结杨氏模量、切向模量等关键属性,为柔性电子的制造打基础。申请人在国际期刊发表论文30余篇,全部被SCI收录,包括以第一作者在Nano Energy(IF=15.548)以及ACS Nano(IF=13.903)等国际有影响力的杂质上发表文章。还与美国橡树岭国家实验室、佐治亚理工王中林院士、西北大学的Rougers院士建立了良好的合作关系。担任Frontiers in Nanotechnology编委,Nanotechnology等多个国际SCI杂志的审稿人。
