個人簡介

畢勝長期從事納米半導體光電器件方面的研究,研究方向包括新型納米光電材料、新型光致發光晶體管、新型太陽能電池、高性能晶體管,主要聚焦在納米光電器件的結構設計,運用新方法提高器件的性能及穩定性;深入發掘納米光電器件的機理,揭示納米光電器件中電子傳輸、光電轉化的規律;系統性地測量新型有機材料的力學性能,總結楊氏模量、切向模量等關鍵屬性,為柔性電子的製造打基礎。申請人在國際期刊發表論文30餘篇,全部被SCI收錄,包括以第一作者在Nano Energy(IF=15.548)以及ACS Nano(IF=13.903)等國際有影響力的雜質上發表文章。還與美國橡樹嶺國家實驗室、佐治亞理工王中林院士、西北大學的Rougers院士建立了良好的合作關係。擔任Frontiers in Nanotechnology編委,Nanotechnology等多個國際SCI雜誌的審稿人。
