谭焕然
北京大学基础医学院

谭焕然,女,北京大学基础医学院教授。

人物履历

毕业于北京医学院(北京大学医学部)基础医学专业。多年来一直从事基因和分子生物学以及分子药理学方面的研究工作。1991年作为访问学者在著名的分子生物学研究中心美国冷泉港实验室(Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, New York, USA)进修。承担细胞周期中具有重要作用的转录因子的研究课题,完成了这些因子的克隆、表达及功能的研究。1995年又曾以访问学者的身份前往美国康奈尔大学医学院附属北岸医院研究中心,运用RDA(Representational Difference Analysis)技术和基因差异显示技术(Differential Display),筛选肿瘤细胞分裂过程中的关键新基因。1997年回国后,在北京大学医学部基础医学院药理学系建立了具有一定规模的分子药理学研究室。开展了与疾病有关的基因缺陷的动物模型的建立与研究工作,同时还涉及离子通道、分子肿瘤及心血管分子药理学等方面研究工作。、

研究方向

(1)采用基因敲除、基因敲入及转基因等研究方法研究和建立疾病动物模型和药理学研究模型;

(2)糖尿病和降血糖药物的分子作用机制研究;

(3)抗肿瘤药物及肿瘤发病机制的研究。
