譚煥然,女,北京大學基礎醫學院教授。

人物履歷

畢業於北京醫學院(北京大學醫學部)基礎醫學專業。多年來一直從事基因和分子生物學以及分子藥理學方面的研究工作。1991年作為訪問學者在著名的分子生物學研究中心美國冷泉港實驗室(Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, New York, USA)進修。承擔細胞周期中具有重要作用的轉錄因子的研究課題,完成了這些因子的克隆、表達及功能的研究。1995年又曾以訪問學者的身份前往美國康奈爾大學醫學院附屬北岸醫院研究中心,運用RDA(Representational Difference Analysis)技術和基因差異顯示技術(Differential Display),篩選腫瘤細胞分裂過程中的關鍵新基因。1997年回國後,在北京大學醫學部基礎醫學院藥理學系建立了具有一定規模的分子藥理學研究室。開展了與疾病有關的基因缺陷的動物模型的建立與研究工作,同時還涉及離子通道、分子腫瘤及心血管分子藥理學等方面研究工作。、

研究方向

(1)採用基因敲除、基因敲入及轉基因等研究方法研究和建立疾病動物模型和藥理學研究模型;

(2)糖尿病和降血糖藥物的分子作用機制研究;

(3)抗腫瘤藥物及腫瘤發病機制的研究。
