研究方向

我们长期以肿瘤免疫学为研究方向,主要以免疫细胞和肿瘤细胞为研究对象,致力于探索肿瘤细胞逃逸免疫监控的分子机制,利用细胞生物学、高通量多组学等方法和人源化动物模型,发现新的肿瘤免疫治疗靶点,开发大分子抗体药物和细胞治疗技术。

1)探索肿瘤免疫微环境中免疫细胞与其他细胞之间的相互作用关系;

2)阐述免疫检查点在肿瘤免疫微环境中的生物学功能和分子机制;

3)开发重大疾病的免疫治疗的新药物和新方法。
