於軍(1956年-)，中國基因組學科學家，華大基因研究中心(中國科學院北京基因組研究所)的主要創始人之一，曾任中國科學院北京基因組研究所副所長[1]。擔任國家科技部重大科學計劃轉錄組研究首席科學家[2]。
個人履歷
1956年，出生於遼寧蓋州鮁魚圈。
1963年--1969年，就讀於遼寧省實驗學校。
1969年--1974年，就讀於遼寧省實驗中學。
1974年--1978年，在阿魯科爾沁旗上山下鄉。
1978年--1983年，就讀於吉林大學，獲生物化學理學學士。
1984年--1990年，就讀於美國紐約大學醫學系，獲生物醫學科學博士學位。
1990年--1993年，任美國紐約大學泌尿系助理教授。
1993年--2000年，任美國華盛頓大學(西雅圖)醫學系基因組學中心高級研究員(Senior Fellow, non-tenure faculty position)。
2000年--2002年，任美國華盛頓大學醫學系基因組學中心高級研究科學家。
1998年，正式回國兼職工作，同楊煥明、汪建等人共同發起並創立了中國科學遺傳研究所人類基因組中心。
1998年--2006年，任北京華大基因研究中心副主任
2000年，正式回國工作，在美國華盛頓大學兼職。
2003年--2012年，任中國科學院北京基因組研究所副所長。
現任中國科學院北京基因組研究所研究員。
