研究成果
在二維半導體的相變及相變機制，生長和器件製備以及二維磁性材料的物性方面進行長期科研探索，共計發表SCI論文20餘篇，其中以第一作者及通訊作者在Science，Nature Synthesis，JACS，PRX，AM，Nano Letters等期刊發表文章共計7篇。晶圓尺寸單晶MoTe2的製備工作入選了「2021年度中國半導體十大研究進展」。
