斐濟儲備銀行（Reserve Bank of Fiji，簡稱：RBF），位於斐濟共和國之首都蘇瓦，系斐濟共和國之國家銀行。
職能
斐濟儲備銀行依據《1983年斐濟儲備銀行法案》之規定，其職能、權力及責任為[1]：
組織結構
斐濟儲備銀行截至2014年9月其所有雇員合計202位。其最高決策機構為董事會，以斐濟儲備銀行之行長為董事會之當然主席，董事會之下一共分成七個部門以分工處理不同事務[2]。

The functions, powers, and responsibilities of the Bank are specified in the Reserve Bank of Fiji Act, 1983."The principal purposes of the Bank as stated in Part ll, Section 4 of the Reserve Bank Act are as follows:To regulate the issue of currency, and the supply, availability and international exchange of money; To promote monetary stability; To promote a sound financial structure; and To foster credit and exchange conditions conducive to the orderly and balanced economic development of the country".

The Bank has eight Groups:- Governor's Office and Board, Economics, Financial Markets, Financial Institutions, Currency & Corporate Services, Financial System Development and Risk Management & Communications and Financial Intelligence Unit. The Governor is also the Chairman of the Board.
