崑崙韭(kūn lún jiǔ)，學名：Allium pevtzovii Prokhanov，是百合科、蔥屬植物。葉線形，等長到稍長於花葶。

崑崙韭形態特徵

鱗莖簇生，圓筒狀；鱗莖棕色，薄革質，全緣。葉線形，等長到稍長於花葶，2-3毫米寬，近狹裂。花葶20-25厘米，圓柱狀，有瘺管，只在基部被葉鞘覆蓋。

佛焰苞片1瓣裂，宿存。傘形花序，半球形，密被多花。花梗近等長，稍短於等長花被，無苞片。花被淺紅色，有光澤；裂片線形披針形，6-8×1-2毫米，先端漸尖具一反折點。

花絲等長，約2/3倍於花被片，在基部合生並貼生於花被片；外部的鑽形；內部的卵形在基部，每邊1齒。子房在基部具凹陷細胞。花果期6-7月。

Bulbs clustered, cylindric; tunic brown, thinly leathery, ± entire. Leaves linear, equaling to slightly longer than scape, 2--3 mm wide, subfistulose. Scape 20--25 cm, terete, fistulose, covered with leaf sheaths only at base.

Spathe 1-valved, persistent. Umbel hemispheric, densely many flowered. Pedicels subequal, slightly shorter than to equaling perianth, ebracteolate. Perianth pale red, lustrous; segments linear-lanceolate, 6--8 × 1--2 mm, apex acuminate with a reflexed point.

Filaments equal, ca. 2/3 as long as perianth segments, connate at base and adnate to perianth segments; outer ones subulate; inner ones ovate at base, 1-toothed on each side. Ovary with concave nectaries at base. Style not exserted. Fl. and fr. Jun--Jul.
