量子點/鈣鈦礦光電材料與器件

研究成果

主要從事量子點/鈣鈦礦光電材料與器件的研究,以第一作者和通訊作者發表70餘篇高水平研究論文,被引用超過2500次。主持了973計劃課題、安徽省傑出青年科學基金、國家自然科學基金、重點研發國際合作、德國Merck公司等國家級和橫向合作項目,是國家重點研發計劃、基金委等項目的評審專家,擔任安徽省新能源協會理事、特種顯示國家工程實驗室的學術帶頭人。
