托馬斯·斯坦利·「湯姆」·赫蘭德（英語：Thomas Stanley "Tom" Holland，1996年6月1日－[1] ）是一位英國演員舞者，知名於在倫敦維多利亞宮劇院的《比利·埃利奧特音樂劇（：Billy Elliot the Musical）》中扮演片名角色。他同樣主演了2013年電影《海嘯奇蹟》。2015年6月，赫蘭德在獲選在漫威電影宇宙中飾演蜘蛛俠彼得·帕克[2][3]。
