學術成果

先後在工業界與學術界頂尖的有機光電實驗室針對有機電子器件中的若干重要問題進行了研究。在理解器件壽命與光強關係的基礎上通過像素設計,解決了有機發光二極管(OLED)顯示面板的壽命問題;通過磁場效應與器件物理研究,發現有機半導體中激子自旋統計的控制方法以及揭示光伏器件效率損耗通道;通過器件結構和製備工藝創新,實現了低成本低功耗的有機存儲器件。近年來在該領域發表包括Nature、 Applied Physics Letters 等在內的SCI 論文20 余篇,其中第一(或通訊)作者10 篇包括Nature Communications 1 篇。獲授權美國專利6 項,向工業界轉讓專利申請權1項。發明美國專利(US7443093,第一發明人)使得OLED 顯示面板壽命至少提高一倍,解決了其走向市場的一個瓶頸問題,已經被市場上OLED 顯示屏廣泛採用。
