蔣一，男，漢族，1969年11月生，江蘇無錫人，理學博士，教授。1992於中國科學技術大學近代物理系獲得理學學士，1998於中國科學技術大學近代物理系獲得理學博士。同年於中國科學技術大學近代物理系工作，講師。

現任中國科學技術大學黨委常務副書記。

研究方向

從事高能對撞機上的粒子物理唯象理論研究，主要在新物理的尋找方面開展研究工作。

從事高能對撞機上的實驗數據分析工作，目前主要從事ALTASL/CERN的實驗工作。

從事與核子自旋結構和非微擾QCD相關的實驗工作，目前主要從事Jefferson Lab的數據分析工作。

已發表SCI收錄的論文36篇，主持和參加自然科學基金多項。
