邢國剛,男,北京大學基礎醫學院教授。

人物履歷

2001年於西安交通大學獲得博士學位,2003年於北京大學神經科學研究所博士後出站,留校任教。期間,2004年至2006年在美國Sanford Burnham Prebys (SBP)醫學研究所和威斯康星大學神經科學系做高級訪學。2003年至今於北京大學神經科學研究所歷任講師(2003年)、副教授(2004年)、教授(2013年)。

研究方向

(1) 疼痛與記憶、認知和情緒機制研究:採用分子生物學、細胞生物學、行為藥理學、基因組學、代謝組學和單細胞測序的方法,結合神經示蹤、活體鈣成像、電生理學、光遺傳學、化學遺傳學和表觀遺傳學技術,從分子、細胞水平,突觸水平,以及神經網絡水平來研究離子通道與慢性痛的感覺、認知和負性情緒機制,包括疼痛記憶、認知障礙、焦慮、抑鬱及其共病的中樞神經網絡機制。

(2) 幹細胞與神經發育障礙性疾病研究:採用細胞重編程技術,利用化學小分子誘導人尿源性和血源性iPS細胞,定向分化神經細胞、體外培養腦類器官,建立神經發育障礙性疾病的細胞模型及腦類器官模型;結合上述各種神經生物學技術和組學方法,研究神經發育障礙性疾病的發病機制;結合基因編輯技術進行疾病的干預措施研究。

(3) 男性生殖細胞發育障礙及不孕不育機制研究:採用分子生物學、細胞生物學、基因組學、代謝組學和單細胞測序的方法,結合電生理學、表觀遺傳學和細胞重編程技術,研究男性生殖細胞發育障礙及不孕不育機制。
