陳進榮，字紫晨，中國當代畫馬名家，中國西部畫院特聘畫師，九州書畫協會高級畫師，中國甘肅定西朴初禪意書畫研究院副院長。生於1951年2月，甘肅省通渭碧玉人，1976年畢業於甘肅師範大學藝術系美術專業。作品《工筆馬》獲得國內國外眾多獎項、《八駿圖》做為甘肅省地方政府贈送外賓禮物，國畫竹子，展現了竹子在--晴、風、雨、露的個性特徵，極具收藏價值，是投資的最佳選擇。

個人榮譽

《墨竹圖》1986年9月入選甘肅省首屆教師書畫展;

1994年5月定西市師生書法比賽中獲教師組美術一等獎;

1995年5月《風竹》在慶祝中華全國總工會成立70周年全國書畫攝影藝術大賽中榮獲一等獎;1999年4月第三屆甘肅師生書畫印大賽中獲優秀獎，同年12月九州杯書畫大賽中獲佳作獎;《馬》入選甘肅省2004特色文化大省宣傳周作品展;

2006年7月《馬》獲得全國中小學師生美術作品銅獎，

2006年8月《賽馬圖》入選甘肅省第十一屆運動會書畫展;

2007年4月《群馬圖》在甘肅省文化廳、省旅遊局、李氏文化研究總會、甘肅絲綢之路協會、隴西縣政府聯展中入選，先後在新加坡、蘭州，隴西展出;

2010年《白馬圖》獲第三屆中國農民書畫優秀獎。

自1985年前後在甘肅電視台、酒泉市、肅北、通渭、定西市電台進行了個人繪畫專匙報道。

2001年蘭州商學院《商紀人》學報進行了採訪報道。

2002年在定西市舉辦了通渭十人書畫展;

作品素描《蒙族少年》、國畫《風竹》《飛奔》《雙駿圖》《駿馬圖》發表在甘肅教育;

Mr. CHEN Jinrong, AKA Zichen, is from Tongwei County, Gansu Province. He

graduated from Department of Fine Arts of Gansu Normal University. Mr. Chen is renowned for his portrait and interpretation of horses and is also member of many acknowledged artist associations. His work, Traditional Chinese Realistic Painting of Horse, has claimed many titles home and abroad. Moreover, Portrait of Eight Steeds has been included by the Gansu Provincial Government as honourable gifts to dignified overseas guests and personalities.
