早年經歷
學，同時為校內詩歌班成員。中學就讀真光女書院，從中學一年
級開始不斷參加各種歌唱比賽，曾一年內獲得了5個比賽的冠軍。
2006年，14歲的鄧紫棋參加Spice It Up學界聯校歌唱比賽，奪
得比賽冠軍，被經理人張丹（Tan）邀請簽約蜂鳥音樂，但是
因為學業關係，16歲才正式出道成為歌手。
