将桂圆肉加入冷水中洗净,块大的撕成两半,捞出,沥干水分;2. 鲜莲子剥去绿皮,嫩皮,去莲心,洗净;3.莲子放在沸水锅中氽透,捞出倒入冷水中;4. 锅内加入适量冷水,加入白糖和冰糖,烧沸;5. 撇去浮沫,把桂圆肉和莲子放入锅内,用湿淀粉勾稀芡;6.
