2019年，陆妍淇与[[张开宙]]导演二次合作，出演由王凯、江疏影、任敏等主演的古代传奇剧《孤城闭》，同年3月，签约泰洋川禾，成为其旗下艺人，4月30日，参演的电影《九克拉战栗》上映，在剧中饰演包小萱。7月16日，参演的电视剧《[[九州缥缈录]]》在浙江卫视播出，在剧中饰演苏玛。同年，参加的综艺节目《演技派》在优酷视频播出。11月12日，参演的电视剧《[[鹤唳华亭]]》在优酷首播，在剧中饰演齐王妃。12月23日，主演的都市爱情偶像剧《[[拜托，请你爱我]]》播出，在剧中饰演冉子书。
