苏芮，1952年6月13日出生于[[台北]]，台湾女歌手。
1976年签约香港House UFO唱片公司，正式作为签约歌手进入歌坛。同年发行个人首张专辑《[[What a Difference a Day Makes]]》。

苏芮翘课参加歌唱比赛被选中，加入Zero合唱团演唱西洋歌曲，开始歌唱生涯。后加入Action合唱团，取英文名 Julie，全[[台湾省]]巡回驻唱 。
