<p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">前立法委員[[楊作洲]]先生出生於民國18年，學經歷等身，台灣大學法學士、明治大學政經研究所政治碩士 、 肯希頓大學經營學博士。在日本僑界極受敬仰推崇，歷任過日本大阪中華學校校長、第二屆國民大會主席團主席、日本國際亞洲文化學會評議員、僑務委員會諮詢委員、中國國民黨中央評議委員及第四屆立法委員。曾出版《紛爭南沙諸島》和《[[日本平成政治]]》專業書籍。生前於政 、經 、學界均有涉獵，閱歷豐</p>
