西部环球航空（Western Global Airlines, LLC）是一家总部位于美国佛罗里达州艾斯特罗的货运航空公司。该公司的服务包括飞机租赁、商业包机和军用包机。其主要枢纽位于佛罗里达州迈尔斯堡的西南佛罗里达国际机场。 2018 年 7 月，该公司在路易斯安那州什里夫波特建立了一个 16 万平方英尺（15,000 平方公尺）的飞机维修设施，能够同时容纳三架宽体飞机。
该公司于2023年8月7日根据美国破产法第11章申请破产[1]。
历史
西部环球航空由吉姆·内夫（Jim Neff）于2013年3月6日成立。[2][3]该公司在2014年2月24日通过了美国美国交通部的认证，并于2014年8月1日获得了FAA的批准并开始使用MD-11货机执飞航班，并在隔年使用波音747-400货机来执飞航线。
2019年6月飞协博向该公司提起诉讼，声称该航空公司未能达到合约规定的货物运输可靠率，并在同月转换合作商亚特拉斯航空(Atlas Air)[4]。
2023 年 8 月 7 日，Western Global 根据美国破产法第 11 章申请破产保护[5]。

事故
- 2016年2月13日，一架麦道MD-11货机(注册编号N545JN)在执行西部环球航空4425号班机，由慕尼黑机场飞往沙卡国王国际机场，飞机津巴布韦哈拉雷加油时，有地勤人员报告发现飞机上有血迹，随后警方搜索后在下部隔间中发现了一具尸体，并因此逮捕了机组人员。[7][8][9] 随后调查中发现死者是缺氧而死，而释放了几组人员。[8][10][11]
