西部環球航空（Western Global Airlines, LLC）是一家總部位於美國佛羅里達州艾斯特羅的貨運航空公司。該公司的服務包括飛機租賃、商業包機和軍用包機。其主要樞紐位於佛羅裡達州邁爾斯堡的西南佛羅裡達國際機場。 2018 年 7 月，該公司在路易斯安那州什里夫波特建立了一個 16 萬平方英尺（15,000 平方公尺）的飛機維修設施，能夠同時容納三架寬體飛機。
該公司於2023年8月7日根據美國破產法第11章申請破產[1]。
歷史
西部環球航空由吉姆·內夫（Jim Neff）於2013年3月6日成立。[2][3]該公司在2014年2月24日通過了美國美國交通部的認證，並於2014年8月1日獲得了FAA的批准並開始使用MD-11貨機執飛航班，並在隔年使用波音747-400貨機來執飛航線。
2019年6月飛協博向該公司提起訴訟，聲稱該航空公司未能達到合約規定的貨物運輸可靠率，並在同月轉換合作商亞特拉斯航空(Atlas Air)[4]。
2023 年 8 月 7 日，Western Global 根據美國破產法第 11 章申請破產保護[5]。

事故
- 2016年2月13日，一架麥道MD-11貨機(註冊編號N545JN)在執行西部環球航空4425號班機，由慕尼黑機場飛往沙卡國王國際機場，飛機津巴布韋哈拉雷加油時，有地勤人員報告發現飛機上有血跡，隨後警方搜索後在下部隔間中發現了一具屍體，並因此逮捕了機組人員。[7][8][9] 隨後調查中發現死者是缺氧而死，而釋放了幾組人員。[8][10][11]
