挪威特罗姆瑟大学（University of Tromso，现在的英文校名已经改为The Arctic University of Norway，挪威北极圈大学）是一所国际化大学，位于特罗姆瑟市，它是挪威第四大综合性大学，是世界上最北端的大学。
