何義煒,男,北京師範大學-香港浸會大學聯合國際學院(簡稱UIC)應用心理學創系主任、兼任UIC人才績效中心主任。香港心理學會副院士、註冊工業與組織心理學家。JIRS 副研究員、外國高端人才。
曾任加拿大多倫多國防研究與發展署DRDC Toronto國防科學家。前UIC情緒智能發展中心主任、廣東省高等教育教學改革項目: 情緒智能教育、項目負責人。開發UIC情緒智能與逆境管理學科課程與教育、包括Emotional Intelligence Camp, Adversity Management Camp。 參與出版《全人教育情緒智能引論》(中國人民大學出版社)一書。
研究領域
工業與組織心理學、企業輔導、情緒智能、逆境管理、發展心理學、心理測量、人因學、人機交互與界面設計、及人類工程學。
