李明全,男,北京航空航天大學教授。

研究領域

為能源系統與公共政策。

目前重點以新型電力系統低碳轉型建模分析為中心,開展電力市場調度運行優化、新型電力系統低碳轉型產能擴張、高時空分辨率的電力需求預測、電力系統發展政策的能源環境影響評估等研究工作。

開發了適用於分析電力系統調度運行與產能擴張的精細模型,以定量分析面向能源轉型的低碳電力發展路徑並評估不同能源與環境公共政策的影響。
