約翰·奈斯比特（英語：John Naisbitt，1929年1月15日－2021年4月8日），在鹽湖城長大，在猶他州格倫伍德長大。在他職業生涯的早期，他曾在柯達和 IBM 擔任高管，並在 34歲時被任命為約翰肯尼迪總統的助理教育部長。美國未來學領域的作家和公共發言人。
生平
- 就讀於哈佛、康奈爾和猶他州大學。
- 在IBM和Eastman Kodak獲得了商業經驗。
- 肯尼迪總統 (John F. Kennedy)任期內曾當過助理教育專員。
- 約翰遜總統(Lyndon Johnson)任期內曾任約翰·威廉·加德納的助理。
- 1966年，離開了華盛頓，並加入了科學研究協會。
- 1968年，創辦城市研究公司。奈斯比特還成立了奈斯比特中國研究院，一個非盈利性、獨立的研究機構，位於天津大學，研究中國社會，文化和經濟轉型。[1]
