高麗人（俄語：Корё сарам；韓語;zh-hk:韓語;zh-sg:韩语：고려인／高丽人 或 韓語;zh-hk:韓語;zh-sg:韩语：고려사람／高丽사람）或高麗族是在蘇聯斯大林統治時代，在政府命令下，於中亞地區定居的朝鮮族的總稱。
朝鮮人最初出現在俄國是在1860年，他們因飢荒逃亡至滿洲一帶，最終來到俄羅斯帝國，有761個家庭，共5310人。1907年統計有26005人，1919年有63409人。1923年106817人。
蘇聯解體前，約有500,000高麗人定居，主要分佈在是現今中亞地區已獨立的國家中（哈薩克斯坦、烏茲別克斯坦、吉爾吉斯斯坦、塔吉克斯坦），俄羅斯南部、烏克蘭、高加索一帶也有分布。這個群體可以追溯至19世紀後期生活在俄羅斯濱海邊疆區的咸鏡北道朝鮮族。
另有一群庫頁島朝鮮族生活於庫頁島，其中一部分被認為是高麗人。相對於廣大的俄羅斯內地，他們主要是19世紀末20世紀初直至20世紀30年代，被迫服務於日本三井設在庫頁島的煤礦的勞工的後裔，其多數來自慶尚道與全羅道。當初這些人被用於填補二戰勞工短缺，後定居於此。
他們出現在中亞是因斯大林怕他們與日本合作而從濱海邊疆區強行發配至現今中亞地區，尤其是哈薩克斯坦。

- 丹尼斯·丁，哈薩克著名花式滑冰運動員。
- 維克多·安，韓文名安賢洙，俄羅斯男子短道速滑運動員。
