張信哲，1967年03月26日生於台灣，歌手、藝人、舞台劇團團長，擅長抒情慢歌。

張信哲，有「情歌王子」之稱。在大學歌唱比賽被發掘，簽約滾石唱片的子公司巨石音樂，成功憑第一張專輯《說謊》一炮而紅，一年內連續推出三張唱片，服役退伍後演唱《難以抗拒你容顏》依舊暢銷。後來沉寂一年推出《心事》專輯，主打歌為李宗盛寫的《愛如潮水》，成功將張信哲推上巔峰。

張信哲（英文名：Jeff Chang），台灣歌手，迄今為止唯一一位被整個華語樂壇公認的「情歌王子」。在20世紀90年代與叱咤華語樂壇的「四大天王」齊名，至今仍以前輩的身份與諸多後起之秀活躍在歌壇第一線，擁有無數鐵杆粉絲，歌曲廣受傳唱。

出道22年來，張信哲以其獨特溫柔的嗓音和細膩多元的情歌征服了整個華語圈。在世界還是華人的眼裡，無論現在的自己是單戀、相戀，或者熱戀、失戀，甚至暗戀、苦戀或求愛，都可以從張信哲的歌曲世界裡找到契合自己任何一種內心情感的情歌。這就是唯一的「情歌王子」
