基里亞科斯·科斯塔·尼古勞（英語：Kyriacos Costa Nicolaou，簡稱KCN，1946年6月5日－），塞浦路斯裔美國化學家，有機合成大師級人物之一。
生平
- 1946年 在塞浦路斯卡拉瓦斯出生，希臘裔。他在那念書、長大，直至18歲。
- 1964年 來到英國，學了兩年英語，後進入倫敦大學學習化學。
- 1969年 在 Bedford College 取得理學學位。
- 1972年 取得倫敦大學學院博士學位，師從F. Sondheimer和P. J. Garrat 教授。
- 1972年 來到美國，在哥倫比亞大學（1972－1973，師從 T.J.Katz教授），哈佛大學（1973－1976，師從E. J. Corey），獲博士後。後成為賓夕法尼亞大學的 hodes-Thompson化學教授。
- 1989年 被任命為聖地牙哥加利福尼亞大學化學教授，斯克里普斯研究所（Scripps Research Institute）Darlene Shiley 教授、化學系主任。
- 1996年 被任命為Scripps研究所的Aline W. 和 L.S. Skaggs 化學生物學教授。
- 2013年 離開聖地牙哥加利福尼亞大學，被任命為萊斯大學的Harry C.和Olga K. Wiess化學教授。

主要對天然產物全合成、全合成策略進行研究。已合成的標誌性分子有：
