猪排骨三两、鸡蛋一个、淀粉三两大匙、花椒粉半匙、香油一匙、料酒两匙、盐适量。
===烹调方法===
# 在排骨中放入料酒、盐拌匀码味约半小时; # 炒锅置微火上烧热,入一匙盐,炒至微黄后下花椒粉,炒匀制成椒盐粉,起锅装碗里待用; # 鸡蛋打碗里搅散,放淀粉搅匀制成全蛋淀粉糊; # 锅中放油烧至五成热,将排骨逐一裹上全蛋淀粉糊,下锅慢炸呈金黄色后捞出沥干油分,装盘,淋上香油,撒上花椒盐即可食用。
