薩曼莎·鮑爾（英語：Samantha Power，1970年9月21日－）是一名美國政治作家、學者和外交官。2013年8月1日起任美國常駐聯合國代表。

簡介

1993年到1996年她是一名報道南斯拉夫戰爭的記者。1998年到2002年她在哈佛大學肯尼迪政府學院擔任人權政策研究員。2008年3月以前是參議員奧巴馬的高級顧問，後來成為奧巴馬總統競選團隊的一員。

2008年11月她加入了奧巴馬的政府團隊中，擔任奧巴馬的特別助理和聯合國安理會多邊事務與人權的高級主管（2009年1月至2013年3月）。她的工作領域包括聯合國改革、提高女性權利和LGBT權利、改善宗教自由和保護宗教弱勢群體、保護難民與減少人道災難、提倡在中東和北非普及人權和民主，她也是推動2011年軍事干預利比亞戰爭的關鍵人物之一。

她已經出版了四本書，其中包括曾獲2003年普利茲獎、專門研究美國對種族滅絕外交政策的 A Problem from Hell: America and the Age of Genocide 一書，該書介紹了美國對包括發生在1990年代盧旺達和波斯尼亞大屠殺在內的一些人道危機的膽怯反應。

她最近表示聯合國沒能制止敘利亞內戰普遍存在的殺戮，「這種恥辱將受到歷史的嚴厲評判」。
